Inner Life - Proverbs 18:14

We all at certain times, have a tough time understanding and dealing with the deep, conflicting, powerful, confusing, feelings that roll through our heart.  Sometimes, we don’t feel we have any power over it, we feel helpless. We ask, how did we get to feeling like that? We know there is something wrong, and we don’t know what to do about it.
